For customers
SharelyApp is the booking tool a business uses to share its availability and manage its appointments. Here’s how booking works from your side, and what happens with your details.
From a link they sent you, a QR code, their social profile or a booking button on their website.
You only see times they are actually free, in their time zone and your language where they offer it.
Sign in with a one-time email code or Google, then add your name and phone number. No password, and one account works with every business on SharelyApp.
The business approves it, or books it straight away if they already know you. You get an email either way.
Your appointment is with the business, not with SharelyApp. They set the services, prices and times, and they are the ones to contact about the service itself.
Your customer account is separate from any business. A business can’t edit your profile; you can update your name and phone number yourself on the booking page.
For anything about your appointment, contact the business. For the booking page, your account or your data, write to contact@sharelyapp.com.
Contact the business directly: only they can move or cancel a booked appointment. If you can’t make it, tell them from your appointment page, using the link in your booking emails. A request they haven’t answered yet you can withdraw yourself.
So the business knows who is booking and can contact you about your appointment. Signing in also keeps other people from booking in your name.
The business you book with sees your name, phone number, email and your appointments with them. Other businesses don’t see your bookings elsewhere. We never show your details publicly or sell them.
Only if the business uses text reminders. They are sent on the business’s behalf. To stop them, ask the business; in the United States and Canada you can also reply STOP.
Reminder emails have an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Emails about a booking you just made, such as an approval or a cancellation, are part of the booking itself.
Write to contact@sharelyapp.com from the email you sign in with and we will delete your customer account. Appointments you already made stay in the records of the businesses you booked with; ask them if you want those removed too.
