Text message credits

How credits work

Text messages are paid in credits, so you always know what a reminder costs before it goes out.

One credit sends one text to a number in your country. A long message, or one with characters outside the basic alphabet, can take more than one.
Some countries take more credits per message. The app shows the rate before you send.
Sharely Pro includes 200 credits each month, monthly or yearly plan alike. Unused included credits don’t carry over.
Extra packs you buy don’t expire while your account exists, and are used while Pro is active.
A credit is used once a message is accepted for sending, even if the phone network later fails to deliver it.

Questions

Do my customers need to install anything?

No. Customers book on your booking page in their browser. They sign in with an email code or their Google account so you know who is booking, and they get emails about their appointment.

Do you take a cut of my bookings?

No. SharelyApp does not handle payments between you and your customers and takes no commission. You agree the price and get paid however you normally do.

What happens when the free trial ends?

Pro features stop and everything else keeps working: your calendar, booking page, requests and customers. Nothing renews by itself after the trial; you choose whether to subscribe to Sharely Pro.

How do I pay, and how do I cancel?

You subscribe inside the app, through the App Store on iPhone. You can cancel at any time in your App Store subscriptions; Pro then stays on until the end of the period you paid for.

Can my team use one account?

SharelyApp is built for one person: one account is one person’s calendar. If you have more than one line of work, add a work profile for each instead.

Does it work in my country?

The calendar, booking page and emails work anywhere. Text messages are rolling out country by country; the app shows which countries you can text and how many credits each message takes.
