2. Overview

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of SharelyApp, including sharelyapp.com and related product surfaces operated under the SharelyApp brand.

By accessing or using SharelyApp, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. The service

SharelyApp provides software and online tools that help service businesses create services, manage account information, publish booking links, use embedded booking widgets, and operate related scheduling workflows.

We may add, modify, or remove features over time. Some features may be available only to certain users, businesses, or vertical products.

4. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating or maintaining an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless you promptly notify us of unauthorized access.

You may not use SharelyApp if you are legally prohibited from doing so or if your access has been suspended or terminated.

5. Facebook Login and third-party authentication

SharelyApp may allow sign-in through third-party identity providers such as Facebook Login. If you choose a third-party login method, you are also subject to the terms and policies of that provider.

We may use information provided through the login flow to authenticate your account, maintain account access, and secure the platform.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, access accounts without authorization, or use SharelyApp in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

• No fraudulent bookings, spam, abuse, scraping, or unauthorized automation
• No infringement of intellectual property or misuse of another business identity
• No upload of malicious code or attempts to bypass platform security
• No use of the service to collect or process data unlawfully

7. Provider content and business information

Service providers may submit business names, service descriptions, schedules, pricing, media, and other content. You retain ownership of your content, but grant SharelyApp the rights necessary to host, display, and process it for platform operation.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content, pricing, and service availability are accurate and lawful.

8. Billing and fees

Some SharelyApp features may be offered on a paid basis. If fees apply, they will be presented to you before purchase, and you agree to pay the applicable amounts, taxes, and charges associated with your use of the paid service.

If you fail to pay amounts owed, we may limit, suspend, or terminate access to paid features.

9. Availability and changes

SharelyApp may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update the platform to improve functionality, security, compliance, or performance.

Unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing, SharelyApp does not provide a specific uptime or service-level commitment.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the platform or other users, fail to pay required fees, or if the service is discontinued.

Certain provisions should survive termination, including payment obligations, intellectual property protections, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions.

SharelyApp, including its branding, software, website content, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or by law, you may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works from the service.

12. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, SharelyApp is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every business need.

You are responsible for how you use the service and for reviewing the information you publish through your account.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SharelyApp and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data arising from or related to the use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the service will be subject to the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
